| ADMISSIONS |
- From 2005-`06 academic year admission for B. Ed was done by the government directly, on the basis of the Common Entrance Test conducted by Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Government of Kerala. 85% seats were filled by the governmental merit list. 15% seats were set apart as management quota. M. Ed is a self-financing course. The Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam through an Entrance Test as per the University and Government rules, does the admission for M.Ed course. 50% of the seats were filled by the University and the rest seats were set apart as management quota.
- (a) Students selected for the course will have to submit the following certificates at the time of admission.
i) Transfer Certificate from the college last attended.
ii) S.S.L.C. Book
iii) B.Sc. / M.Sc. Mark lists (complete set)
iv) Degree/Diplomas (Qualifying certificates)
v) Relieving order (in the case of teachers)
vi) A recent conduct certificate.
No admission will be made, without producing anyone of the above.
(b) They should pay the first instalment of fee along with the special fee and Caution Deposit.
- Stipends and subsistence allowance are paid as per government rules to such students as are declared eligible.
- If the applicant is selected for admission, an intimation card will be sent assigning date for interview.
- A student who has enlisted himself/herself on payment of the first instalment of fee will be liable to pay the fee and special fee for the whole year in the event of his/her discontinuing studies or leaving with T.C.
